Return Policy

We Make Returns Easy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our hearing aids, you can return them to us within 45 days of purchase for a refund. Reach out to one of our representatives to receive a return shipping label. 

Once we receive the hearing aids back in our office, and provided that the hearing aid(s) are still in good condition, a member of the team will contact you in regards to the status of your refund. A service fee up to 15% may be deducted from the original payment method if the hearing aids have been used. 

Returning

If you are returning your hearing devices during your return window because they stopped working correctly, please consult our troubleshooting guide first and/or do the following checks:

  • Clean the hearing aid receiver/speaker, change filter.
  • Insert new batteries
  • Make sure the device is switched and charged

If you have done all of the above checks and are still experiencing trouble with them, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you benefit from the devices. To return your hearing aids, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact one of our specialists with your request
  2. Use the prepaid return label provided by Club Hearing.
  3. Your return will be processed within 5 business days once the devices are received.

Returns for accessories: 

To avoid returns please ensure that you are ordering the proper device for your devices before purchasing. Please contact a representative at Club Hearing regarding if your accessory or supply order(s) are eligible for a return. Unlike our hearing aid return policy, accessories have a 15 day return period. A service fee may added if a return is permitted for certain accessories. 

Accessory orders may only be returnable if unopened and unused. Supply orders (Filters, Domes, Receivers, etc) are not returnable items. 

Returns 
Our hearing aid return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns must be authorized and the return shipping label we provide must be used. Please do not attempt to return merchandise to the return shipping address without authorization, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded. 

 

Shipping charges will be deducted from original payment method for every returned item.
