If you are not 100% satisfied with our hearing aids, you can return them to us within 45 days for a refund. We make the return process easy by giving you a refund within the 45 day trial period.
Once we receive the hearing aids back in our office, and provided that the hearing aid(s) are still in good condition, a member of the team will contact you in regards to the status of your refund. A service fee up to 15% may be reduced if there is wear on the hearing aids/boxes/chargers.
If you are returning your hearing devices during your 45 day trial period because they stopped working correctly, please consult our troubleshooting guide first and/or do the following checks:
If you have done all of the above checks and are still experiencing trouble with them, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you benefit from the devices, as well as provide you with a Service Request Number in the case that you do need to send them back. Returns for accessories:
To avoid returns please ensure that you are ordering the proper device for your devices before purchasing. Please contact a representative at Club Hearing regarding if your accessory or supply order(s) are eligible for a return. A service fee may added if a return is permitted for certain accessories.
Accessory and Supply orders may only be returnable if unopened and unused.
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
