Shipping: Programmed and shipped within 5 business days, with tracking.

Returns: 45 days from delivery. Wear them at least 20 days and let us make one adjustment first. Contact us and we'll send a return label. Refund is the price of the hearing aids, less a $50 programming fee and shipping. Full return policy

Warranty: 36 month protection plan backed by Club Hearing Intl.
