Easy Returns
At Club Hearing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your eligible hearing aid purchase, you may return it within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Please contact a Club Hearing representative to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Once the item is received and inspected by our team, provided it remains in the same new condition as it was received, we will confirm the status of your refund within 5 business days.


Warranty & Service Guidelines

All support and service requests must be handled directly through Club Hearing. Submitting hearing aids or accessories to outside clinics or third-party providers may result in damage or voided warranties.
To ensure proper handling and protection of your investment, always contact our team first.


Pre-Return Troubleshooting

Before returning any devices due to malfunction, please confirm the following steps have been completed:

  • Clean the receiver/speaker and replace the wax filter

  • Insert new batteries or ensure the device is fully charged

  • Confirm the device is powered on and properly fitted

If issues persist after these steps, our support team is available to assist you.


Return Process

  1. Contact Club Hearing for a return authorization

  2. Use the prepaid return label we provide

  3. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt


Return Conditions & Stipulations

  • Condition requirement: All products must be returned in the same new condition as they were received, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Hearing aids: Eligible for return within 45 days from purchase. No refunds or exchanges after this period.

  • Accessories: Only returnable if there is a verified manufacturer defect. Returns will not be accepted for accessories ordered in error or due to customer preference.

  • Custom items: Including colored hearing aids, custom molds, receivers, domes, filters, and cables are non-returnable unless previously authorized.

  • Supply orders and chargers: Not eligible for return unless defective and approved.

  • Unauthorized returns: Will not be processed or refunded.

  • Shipping charges: Will be deducted from the original payment method for all returned items.
