Available in 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm

Open domes allow natural sound from your environment to pass into the ear canal alongside amplified sound. Your own voice sounds natural when you speak, and unamplified low frequencies come through as-is. Best suited for mild to moderate high-frequency hearing loss where low-frequency hearing is near-normal. More prone to feedback and not appropriate for those who need bass amplification.

Vented

Available in 8 mm, 9 mm, and 11 mm

Vented domes offer a more enclosed fit than open domes while still allowing some airflow through a small vent. This design supports better amplification of lower frequencies and reduces feedback — a good fit for moderate hearing loss where some occlusion is needed but full sealing is not.

Power Double Dome

Available in 9 mm and 11 mm

The most occlusive dome available. The double dome design creates a secure seal in the ear canal, significantly reducing feedback while delivering strong low-frequency amplification. Recommended for moderate to severe hearing loss where maximum amplification is required across all frequencies.
