Bluetooth functionality is good, though music depth somewhat less than Phonic.

Next level technology! I struggled with hearing since I was young. I have tried many different brands of aids. My hearing is somewhat different than most, in the sense that is not about amplification. Louder actually make my hearing worst. My hearing impairment is word recognition. I understand 80-90%, however not understanding 10% of what is said is critical in relationships and my career of medical sales. The Intent is SUPERIOR to all other devices in the market today! I actually evaluated them prior to selecting the Intent. With the Oticon, I am now at 99% word recognition for the first time in my life. It's a game changer. The AI function is making word recognition easier each day. Additionally, they are very comfortable to wear all day and easy to slip on and off.
