1. Send your hearing test. Upload it at checkout or email support@clubhearing.com. No test yet? Take our free online test.
2. We program your aids to it. Done by our hearing care professionals before they ship. ($300 value, included)
3. They arrive in about 5 days. Need a tweak? Use your 3 free remote tuning sessions. ($200 value, included)
4. Try them for 45 days. Wear them at least 20 days and let us adjust them once. Still not right? Send them back for a refund, less a $50 programming fee and shipping.

Returns: 45 days from delivery. Contact us first and we'll send a return label. Refund is the price of the hearing aids, less a $50 programming fee and shipping. Full return policy
